Vaccaria (cow-herb) seeds (code A12)
Vaccaria is an annual plant that grows in China and in some areas of Central and South Europe and it is known as Soapwort or Cow-Herb.
In the traditional Chinese medicine, Vaccaria seeds are bitter and have neutral properties, being associated with stomach and liver meridians.
How to use:
1. Detach the foil.
2. Fix the Vaccaria patch on the acupuncture point.
Acupuncturists use Vaccaria seeds for ear acupressure and acupuncture. The reason for using these seeds is simple: they are very small, like an acupoint and have a hard shell, so there is no risk of cracking it. They last on the ear between 2 and 5 showers. Each seed is attached on a small individual patch.
